About the event
Meet up: Alberstons, NW corner of parking lot
Time: 9 am - Wheels up 9:30 am
1st Stop: 76 Gas station in Pahrump to fuel up. This is the intersection of Rte 160 and Rte 372.
Head out on Rte 372 to Shoshone, CA, then north to Death Valley for lunch at Furnace Creek; arriavel around 12:30 pm.
Lunch venue to be determined (waiting on some call backs).
Return is driver's choice, shortest way is to turn off to Pahrump at Death Valley Junction.
There is a pay station before furnace creek so you either pay there or if you have a parks pass there may be an attendant that will provide a pass.
If no attendant then you get the pass at the visitor center.
There is fuel available at Furnace Creek for about $6.50/gallon.
